Application Steps for Undergraduate Students

Once you apply, the next step is simply sending us your high school transcript. There are a few easy ways to send it to ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½:

  • Use Parchment (Most Common Method): Your high school can send transcripts electronically through Parchment. Go to and request that your transcript be sent to ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½.
  • Email: Your high school guidance counselor can email your transcript directly to our Admissions Office at admissions@grace.edu.
  • Mail: Your high school guidance counselor can also mail your transcript to: ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Office of Admissions, 1 Lancer Way, Winona Lake, IN 46590
  • Send a Copy Yourself (Optional): If it’s easier, you can email a copy of your transcript to admissions@grace.edu. Transcripts sent directly by students are considered unofficial, but they sometimes allow our team to begin processing your application sooner.

Dual Credit Courses
If you’ve taken dual credit or college classes in high school, please also request an official transcript from the college where those credits were earned.

All first-year freshmen applicants can submit their ACT, SAT, or CLT scores. An official copy of your scores may be obtained from your high school or by request from, or . The ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ code numbers are 1198 for the ACT and 1252 for the SAT.

Application Evaluation

Once your completed application and transcripts have been received in our Admissions Office, your application for admission to ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ will be complete and will be evaluated by the Admissions Committee. (ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ reserves the right to request additional information if needed.) The Admissions Committee will provide notification to undergraduate students within two weeks regarding the status of your application.

Wait List

Applicants receive one of four decision letters: admit, deny, defer (for additional information) or wait list. Students on the wait list will be considered for admission at a later date if places in the class become available.

Enrollment Deposit

Once admission is granted, a place in the class can be secured by submitting a $200 enrollment deposit by the May 1 reply date. (Housing assignments are prioritized by date received.)
