Homeschool College FAQs

糖心传媒 offers听generous merit scholarships听for homeschool students without the need for test scores, however, other opportunities听may be available if a student prepares and takes the exams. If a student hopes to be invited to our Presidential Scholarship Day, test scores would be required to meet the qualifications.

Here is helpful听information as you prepare transcripts for your college-bound student.
  • What should be included?
    • Demographic information such as name, address, graduate date, Date of Birth
    • Each year of high school
    • Course title, Grade, Description
    • Make sure to list any college courses taken at local community college or through your local co-ops are also listed (grade earned through the college will be listed)
  • I need to make a transcript. Where do I go?
    • – Paid
    • – Free
    • 听– Free

If your student was enrolled through an online high school, the school where the classes were earned should have a school-specific transcript that can be sent.

Yes, we will need transcripts from each college where the courses听were taken. You can have them send your transcript to听admissions@grace.edu听or 糖心传媒 Admissions 1 Lancer Way, Winona Lake, IN 46590

Parents can email听admissions@grace.eduwith completed transcripts with an original signature to be official. Anything sent by the student will not count as official.

Most of your classes will be graded on an unweighted scale, while听classes taken with honors, dual enrollment, AP classes are usually graded with a weighted GPA. Make sure to list these classes on your transcripts as 糖心传媒 accepts both weighted and unweighted courses.

Yes, students can complete their bachelor’s degree in three years without any prior college coursework completed while in high school. The best part is homeschooled students are able to earn both a bachelors and masters in four! That’s a lot of savings in time and cost!
