Wellness for you.

Center for Movement & Wellbeing

At the Center for Movement & Wellbeing, we believe movement and wellness can be personalized to you.
In today’s world, everyone claims to be an expert about your wellness — just follow this fad diet, or stick to this new workout trend. All of the advice can be overwhelming, and it can be hard to know which practices are right for you.
Your path to wellness should be simple, understandable, and flexible to fit your life.

Class Options

The Center for Movement offers various health and wellness classes throughout the year.

Homeschool Youth Lift

A supervised training program for children and teens (typically grades 6th-12th) that builds strength, improves movement mechanics, and helps reduce injury in a safe and supportive environment.

Kettlebell Strength Class

Our kettlebell strength class is designed to build muscle, improve stability, and increase power by engaging all major muscle groups in functional ways. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, allowing participants to work at their own pace and choose weights that match their individual ability.

Stretch & Sculpt

This class blends strength training, mobility work, and mindful movement to create a balanced, full-body workout. You can expect yoga-inspired flows with light resistance and bodyweight exercises to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall stability. Suitable for all fitness levels, participants can modify movements and intensity to match their individual needs, making it a great option for anyone looking to feel stronger, more mobile, and refreshed.

Postpartum

All stages postpartum are welcome to come learn how to recover well after pregnancy through pelvic stability, breathing and exercises. Postpartum Class includes: 6 In-person class sessions, Weekly take home exercises, and Community with other women.

What is an Exercise Science Degree? ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ explores a degree in exercise science. Visit campus, see how we prepare you for the future.

This is why the Center for Movement & Wellbeing provides content you can trust. Drawn from proven best practices, our suggestions aren’t based on the latest trends in fitness – they are grounded in scientific research.

Everything we do begins with an assessment. We learn about your current habits, pre-existing conditions, and movement patterns. Then we educate you on the highly practical and personalized steps you can take toward wellness.

Finally, we welcome you into our wellness community, where you can find connection and accountability with people on the same journey as you.
