This three-day immersive experience challenges attendees to examine the "why" behind their leadership. Starting with a foundational look at organizational culture, moving through real-world case studies, and incorporating a practical service project, participants will leave not just with new ideas, but with a blueprint for making life鈥攁nd leadership鈥攂etter.
Upon registration, every attendee will receive three essential texts that serve as the intellectual cornerstone of the conference:

Jason Lippert is the third-generation leader of LCI Industries, a publicly traded company reaching $5.1B in revenue in 2022 with 15,000+ team members world-wide serving the RV, marine, and other recreational and specialty vehicle markets.
