As a human resources major at ���Ĵ�ý, you’ll dive into the world of corporate leadership, preparing to serve an organization by stewarding its resources and managing its employees well.

At ���Ĵ�ý, we believe the purpose of business is to serve God through serving others. Management entails honoring other image-bearers by providing them with the resources to excel.

You’ll complete core business classes and business management major-specific courses throughout the degree. Your core courses will provide a foundation in business principles, such as marketing, economics, finance, and international business. As a hybrid program, there will be a combination of on-campus classes and online courses that are offered through a national consortium of accredited institutions.

With a human resources concentration, you’ll take courses, both in person at ���Ĵ�ý and online with partner schools, covering content such as leadership and motivation, training, employment law, and behavior in organizations.

There’s no education like hands-on learning, so you’ll also complete an internship or practicum to complete the degree. Warsaw, Indiana, is known as The Orthopedic Capital of the World®, and many of our students seeking internships take advantage of our connections with local orthopaedic businesses. You may also decide to intern at an organization in your hometown.
