���Ĵ�ý is pleased to welcome thought leader, CEO and best-selling author Bill Yeargin to its campus on Thursday, Nov. 21. Yeargin will speak about his book, “,” at ���Ĵ�ý’s chapel service at 10:30 a.m. in the Manahan Orthopedic Capital Center, 610 Wooster Rd., Winona Lake. Following chapel, at noon, Yeargin will speak on the economics of culture at a  for area business leaders sponsored by the Gordon family. The luncheon will take place in the Rodeheaver Auditorium, 901 Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Both events are free and open to the public.

Yeargin is the CEO of  a 99-year-old boat manufacturing company in Orlando, Florida. Under his leadership, the company’s revenue has increased from $40 million to more than $1 billion. Yeargin has authored six books, including the best-seller, “,” and has shared his leadership insights in innumerable articles. He has served both the Obama and Trump administrations on cabinet-level advisory councils.

Under Yeargin’s leadership, Correct Craft has developed a unique culture of “Making Life Better.” The company was recognized as Florida’s “Manufacturer of the Year” and has been identified as the boating industry’s “Most Innovative Company.”

Yeargin has been recognized with many of the marine industry’s top awards, including the Boating Industry’s “Mover and Shaker of the Year.” Florida Trend magazine has recognized Yeargin as one of “Florida’s Most Influential Business Leaders” and he is an Orlando Business Journal “CEO of the Year.” Yeargin was also presented the “Governor’s Business Ambassador Medal” by the Governor of Florida.
